Mail Alert (CMS-PRO Only)

After you enable mail alert, users assigned here will receive notification by email whenever the player status is changed, e.g. from online to offline.

Note

We only support SMTP authentication server. You must enter a valid Account and Password for your SMTP server.

Alert Email settings
  1. Enable Mail Alert function.
  2. Enter valid mail server (SMTP server) information, including the server domain name, port number, account name/password, sender, and recipient(s). You can click Test to check the settings after you complete the configuration.
  3. Enter the email body. You can append your own text before and after the player’s information table. You can also click Style to choose a table style. The system provides seven default templates, but you can still adjust table and font attributes freely to customize your own table.
    Note

    Some email service provider may not support CSS styles embedded in email body. If the email content style looks different from the one you set up, please consult your email service provider.

  4. Set the types of events that the recipients will be notified of. You can choose to receive alert notifications when a player is disconnected, connected, or shut down. You can also decide when you want to be notified. Alert notifications can be sent out immediately once the event occurs or you can schedule alert email to receive all events at a time.
  5. Click Save to apply settings.
