Playback

You can manage a player's multimedia playback through CAYIN's CMS server.

Note

Please note that smooth playback depends on your player's hardware specifications.

Play and preview

  1. Locate the program you want to play. You need to create a program in Library in advance if there’s nothing in the program pane.
  2. Click a program or the playback button ▶.
  3. The system will open another webpage to play the contents.

Copy Playback URL

You need to copy a program’s URL and paste it to the browser address bar or CMS-WS Player's setting page.

  1. Locate the program you want to play.
  2. Click the share button Share link beneath the program.
  3. Locate the link and click the copy-link button Copy URL.
  4. Paste the link to the browser address bar or CMS-WS Player's setting page.
  5. Your player will play the designated program.

Share link

Click the share button Share link beneath the program. Then, you use the following three methods to share the program’s link with others.

Email

  1. Enter the recipient’s email address, the subject and message contents.
  2. Choose the domain name/IP of this NAS.
  3. Click the Mail button.
  4. Choose your Email account and send email.

Facebook

  1. Click the Facebook button.
  2. Log in your Facebook account.
  3. Edit the post. The URL will be included in the post.
  4. Click Share Link to share the link on Facebook.

Twitter

  1. Click the Twitter button.
  2. Log in your Twitter account.
  3. Edit the tweet. The URL will be included in the tweet.
  4. Click Share Link to share the link on Twitter.
