CMS User Interface

Menu

CMS's Web Manager has two-level menus. Click an item in the main menu and you will see more selections in the sub-menu.

Main Menu Sub-Menu
SYSTEM You can check system status and configure system settings in this section.
ACCESS Via access control, administrators can create accounts and assign authorization to each account to manage respective groups of media folders.
PLAYER All SMP players which connect to this CMS server will be listed here.
RTB CMS server is equipped with the RTB server function only when you purchase a CMS server installed with CAYIN's multimedia streaming card.

CMS-20 and CMS-40 only.

LIBRARY The library contains all related components and resources for you to create appealing digital signage presentations.
SCHEDULE You can set up schedules for multimedia playback and the volumes of SMP players in a group.
NETWORK You can configure network settings here.
LOG You can enable the remote log function and view all logs here.

System Time

You can enable NTP function to synchronize the clocks of media players from an NTP server automatically. You can also set the system date and time manually. Click the system time on top of the window.

Account & Shortcut

Logout Click Logout and you can log out of the account.
Change password You can change the current user's password.
System restart This is a shortcut for you to restart the system normally. This function can also be found in SYSTEM > Maintenance page.
System shutdown This is a shortcut for you to shutdown the system. This function can also be found in SYSTEM > Maintenance page.

Online Help

CAYIN provides online help for you to check all functions of SMP players with instructions whenever you need it. If you have questions about any specific function, you can simply go to the configuration page of the function and click HELP on top of the window. Then the system will show you the reference information of the function.

Web Manager Language

You can select your preferred language on the login page of Web Manager. You can also change your language setting whenever you want at the bottom of the window.
